Start by explaining who the company is

AI GEO should not begin with trends or keyword stuffing. For manufacturers and export companies, the first step is to clarify basic company information: company name, brand name, business focus, service area, suitable industries and contact paths.

The wording does not need to be exaggerated, but it must be consistent. If the website, articles, social profiles and third-party pages describe the company differently, search systems and AI tools have a harder time judging which information is reliable.

Connect products with applications

Company content should not stop at product names. Product pages should explain purpose, suitable materials, application industries, key parameters, selection conditions and boundaries so buyers can decide whether to continue the conversation.

Application pages place products into real usage scenarios and explain which problem they solve, what conditions are required and what buyers should confirm before asking for a quotation.

  • Do core products have independent pages?
  • Are product categories easy for buyers to understand?
  • Do application pages match real purchasing questions?
  • Have parameter and capability statements been confirmed internally?

Build articles around buyer questions

After company knowledge and product pages are clear, question-based articles become more useful. Article titles should match real buyer questions instead of being written only to keep the website updated.

Examples include how to select a product, what to prepare before requesting a quote, which scenarios a process fits, or how different solutions compare. These pages can then connect naturally with product pages and service pages.

Do not let AI invent facts

AI can help organize structure, rewrite copy and draft first versions, but it should not invent clients, projects, sales figures, rankings or performance results. If there is no source for a claim, use cautious wording or leave it out.

The more technical the content is, the more important it is to state parameters, applicable conditions, service boundaries and limitations clearly. Verifiable content is more valuable over time.

Review before publishing

Before publishing AI GEO content, review whether the page has a clear information role. The goal is not to publish many pages at once, but to make each page easier to understand and connect.

  • Do the first two sentences answer the title directly?
  • Does the page link naturally to products, services or related questions?
  • Have unsupported clients, numbers and outcome promises been removed?
  • Is the title concise without keyword stuffing?
  • Are canonical, hreflang and sitemap entries updated in both languages?
